Protocol Education are currently working with a forward-thinking school in the Borough of Tower Hamlets who are looking for a year 2 teacher to cover maternity for the summer term.

Due to the importance of the year 2 SAT's, experience teaching in year 2 is essential for this role.

The school has cultivated a strong community ethos and work in close collaboration with parents and outside agencies to create a brilliant work environment for the students. This position is suitable for exceptional NQT's and experienced teachers. TLR is also available for suitable candidates.

Essential requirements:

•Qualified Teaching Status
•Year 2 Teaching experience
•Successful class teaching experience
•A strong knowledge of the UK curriculum with a focus on lower Key Stage 2
•A commitment to ongoing personal development
•Knowledge of the year 2 SAT's curriculum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
