Protocol Education are currently working on behalf of an outstanding Morpeth school to recruit a MIS and Data Administrator.
Applications are invited for this temporary role from February 2020 to cover a maternity leave.
The post will support the Data Team in the day to day administration of the school's MIS system (SIMS). This will involve maintaining staff and student records, maintaining SIMS assessment templates for the collection of termly student data, liaising with teachers to ensure data is completed on time and producing reports for parents.
The post holder is required to work to tight deadlines to produce and check student reports so they can be provided to parents in a timely manner. Therefore the ability to work to a very high level of organisation, precision and accuracy is essential. This post will also provide support to the Exams Officer with the administration of exam processes. The successful applicant will be skilled in the use of Excel and have experience of collecting, recording and analysing data.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
