Protocol Education are currently recruiting teaching assistants from care and residential backgrounds to work in our special needs schools in south east and south west London. We work with Outstanding Special Needs Schools, and recruit for learning support assistant roles for students with special needs. Our schools are easily accessible via public transport or by driving, as nearby parking will be available to all staff members!
The role will consist of you working closely with special needs pupils, both on a 1:1, and small-group basis. You will be assisting them with their daily learning needs, activities, and any challenges they may have.
All successful candidates will be provided with their own personal consultant, who will guide them through the entire registration and placement process. You will also receive a competitive pay package, with regular salary increases, and guaranteed local work in your area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
