Sales Operations Analyst 

Duration: 11 months

Location: London

Pay: £25.48 per hour, based on a 40hr week

Our Client  is seeking a highly quantitative, process and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Business Planning & Operations EMEA team. The mission of the Business Planning & Operations group is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales organization – through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.


The ideal candidate will be passionate, interested in advertising, a strong business analyst, highly analytical, a fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity and able to focus on the details while remembering the bigger picture. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical acumen, and proven excellence in data analysis. Additional skills such as strategic thinking and problem solving are helpful to have. This is a full-time position located in London.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with sales, accounting and marketing teams to implement key sales processes
  • Work with sales to resolve issues relating to account tagging and compensation structures
  • Assist sales teams with operational tasks, such as data analysis and policy execution
  • Create and distribute centralized communications coordinating multiple teams to complete key tasks
  • Execute key operational processes quarterly including data entry and review
  • Analyze key metrics using internal and external data to derive insights
  • Build relationships with the wider team across EMEA to support analytical and operational challenges; maintain effective communication channels
  • Prepare detailed analyses, decks, plans, milestones; ensure analyses are delivered on time and within scope
Skills/Qualifications
  • Problem-solving mindset and aptitude for accuracy and operational rigor; experience providing business insights and recommendations from complex data sets
  • Highly organized with strong ability to understand process flows and to execute
  • Ability to understand policies and guidelines and assess sales requests against these guidelines
  • Comfort with data analysis using Tableau and Excel, and ability to produce high-quality and accurate analysis.
  • Ability to work in a team and cross-functionally, to build relationships with key members of the team
  • Excellent time management skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/analyses and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated experience presenting technical content to general audiences
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analyst, banking, consulting or similar role
  • BA/BS in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business or related field); MBA a plus
  • Advanced Excel and PPT skills; experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is preferred
