Working for this high profile fast growth Fintech brand as a Senior Product Manager you will contribute to and evangelises product strategy, vision and roadmap. You will be accountable for one or more product streams and work with stakeholders to agree key metrics and goals. Alongside this you will drive the development of the brands product(s) and its roadmap, to achieve these in a way that is quantifiable. Leveraging data, research and cross-functional teams, you will lead by example and work with relative autonomy.
 
Responsibilities
•Making significant contributions to the overall Product strategy and roadmap, and notably lead these components related to your product(s).
•Identifying customer needs and pain points and, building out product roadmaps, with stakeholder buy-in, that address these.
•Leading the development of product metrics & goals with stakeholder buy-in.
•Demonstrating how you are delivering against these metrics & goals with clearly measurable results.
•Tracking your Products performance, iterating and improving it
•Working with relative autonomy, proactively focusing on the next piece of work and updating your line manager as to what you are doing and why, rather than waiting for them to tell you what to do
•Building an exceptional product cadence including story readiness and making sure features are delivered with quality, quickly and efficiently
•Influencing stakeholders across the business whilst mentoring less experienced team members
•Leading cross-functional teams to deliver.

Qualifications
•Extensive fintech product experience, leading cross-functional agile teams to ship and iterate on digital products
•Design Thinking, Lean Product and Agile methodologies
•High impact, nimble, resilient and comfortable with ambiguity
•Commercial and customer focused
•Data and insight led whilst being outcome driven
•Value outcomes over features and speed over perfection to deliver regular small chunks of value, enabling rapid learning and iteration
•Your performance and achievements are respected by peers
