My client is an international beauty brand based in SW London. They are looking to recruit an experienced Sales/Commercial Manager to help transform their current sales offering. This role will also oversee ecommerce sales so its important that you have experience of both field and digital sales.
You will work closely with the Founder to shape the sales strategy and also grow and lead a Sales team. The business operates in a relatively niche part of the market which means they are a well known brand. My client wants to take an already successful business and digitise its sales function to help take the brand to the next level. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a well known brand at a period of transformation, you will also be joining a great team and helping build the brands global footprint.
To be considered you must have:
Demonstrable experience of leading a sales team - both field and digital sales, ideally this experience will have been gained in a beauty/health/retail environment.
