Chief Financial Officer | Lancashire | Up to £150,000 + Significant Annual Bonus + LTIP
Axon Moore is exclusively partnering with a highly ambitious, acquisitive SME in Lancashire to appoint a Chief Financial Officer.
This is a rare opportunity to join a business on a sharp growth trajectory, with an ambitious strategy to significantly increase scale through a combination of organic growth and M&A, before ultimately preparing the business for a future exit.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the wider leadership team and shareholders, the CFO will take full ownership of the finance function whilst playing a much broader role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of the Group.
The successful candidate will be a commercially astute and strategically minded CFO who is equally comfortable operating at Board level and remaining close enough to the detail to drive performance across a fast-moving SME environment.
Please note* M&A experience is essential along with International experience.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate meaningful involvement in acquisitions, including transaction execution and the subsequent integration of acquired businesses.
- Candidates must have exposure to operating across multiple countries, territories or international markets.
Alongside the technical and transactional requirements, the successful individual will need to be highly commercial, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in a business where pace, ambition and accountability are high.
