Adult Social Worker - Bournemouth

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Worker to join a team based in Bournemouth East, Boscombe.
This is initially an office and community-based role, with candidates required to be available to work from the office Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Undertake Care Act assessments and reviews
- Work with adults with long-term conditions
- Complete safeguarding assessments and interventions
- Work with adults experiencing self-neglect
- Manage complex cases and promote positive outcomes
- Undertake Court of Protection work
- Work collaboratively with health, social care and other partner agencies
- Develop person-centred care and support plans
Requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- Experienced and qualified Adult Social Worker
- Experience working with adults with long-term conditions
- Strong safeguarding experience
- Experience working with self-neglect
- Court of Protection experience
- Strong knowledge of Care Act assessments and reviews
- Ability to work in the office Monday-Friday initially
