Liverpool City Council are currently recruiting experienced Social Care Assessors for their Hospital Discharge team based in the Royal Liverpool Hospital.
35 hours per week
Newly Qualified Social Workers will be considered, with a view to offering longer-term opportunities.
Working within a multi-disciplinary NHS and local authority network to plan safe, timely, and person-centered transitions from hospital to home or interim care.
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules. This is an agency post and Pertemps can offer you: -
