Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team on a daily rate contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving business improvement initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to enhance processes, improve reporting capabilities, and support the delivery of digital solutions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
- Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements.
- Support digital transformation and reporting enhancement projects.
- Create business process maps, user stories, and functional documentation.
- Work closely with project teams to support solution delivery and UAT activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting, data quality, and business processes.
Key Experience Required:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation, workflow improvement, reporting improvement, or data-focused projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience working with internal business systems, databases, reporting tools, and workflow systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, and SQL-based systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
Educational Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
