The Role
Reporting to the Manager, you will take ownership of a broad range of HR activities, including recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, and providing advice and support to leaders on employee relations and performance management. You will also manage more complex HR matters and ensure the overall effectiveness and smooth delivery of HR services across your assigned portfolio.
About You
We are seeking applications from experienced HR professionals who are looking for an opportunity offering genuine growth and career development, and who are comfortable managing a broad and varied portfolio. Ideally, you will hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and be an AHRI member, bringing a true generalist skill set with proven experience across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management and offboarding. Experience overseeing the HR function for a large casual workforce will be highly regarded.
