Interpreter Bookings Officer | Collingwood, VIC | Full-time | Salary Packaging | Free Auslan Training
Help people access essential services, education, healthcare and employment by coordinating the interpreting services that make communication possible.
If you're an experienced bookings, scheduling, administration or contact centre professional looking for meaningful work, this is an opportunity to use your customer service and coordination skills to create real impact every day.
Why this role is different
Every booking you coordinate helps a person who is Deaf or hard of hearing access services many people take for granted.
Whether it's arranging an interpreter for a medical appointment, a workplace meeting, a university lecture or a government service, your work directly contributes to accessibility, inclusion and opportunity.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where no two days are the same. You'll juggle bookings, respond to changing priorities, solve scheduling challenges, support customers and work closely with interpreters and colleagues across Australia to deliver outstanding service.
If you enjoy coordinating people, solving problems and helping others, this could be the role for you.
