We are looking to recruit a Nursery Manager on behalf of our client in Finchley, North London.
Located in a residential area in Finchley, this Ofsted rated ‘Good’ setting aims to create a homely feel for the children where kids are happy.
Part of a group of 4 nurseries, the Finchley has capacity for 50 children with occupancy at 35 presently.
Standards are high and everyone within the business from the top down believes in excellent provision of care and education for children with a focus on strong values, integrity, equality, diversity and caring for others. It truly is an excellent company and a great place for both kids and staff.
In return for the hard work as the Nursery Manager our client will offer a competitive rate of pay of £28k. They are open to interviewing candidates that are Deputy Managers also. Opportunities are there for candidates looking to step up.

- Delivering excellent parents / children / colleague relationships
- H&S, Wellbeing and Welfare of all children at all times
- Consistent and effective leadership and management of a diverse setting.
- Staff Leadership – best practice, getting the most out of your team, positive behaviours
- Administrative and clerical responsibilities which will include but not be limited to budgets, recruitment of staff, open days / evenings, marketing, parent interaction.
- Minimum Level 3 or equivalent childcare qualification
- Previous Nursery Management experience OR
- Deputy Management Experience
- Passion for communication skills
- Multi-cultural and diverse approach to Early Years Education
