Responsibilities of the Senior Room Leader role in Bromsgrove:
- Responsibility for a room
- Overseeing planning within a room
- Supporting own key group of children
- Ensuring health and safety within the workplace
- Supporting Manager and Deputy when required to include administrative tasks opening and closing the nursery, show rounds etc.
- Promoting best practice in the Nursery
- Displaying a real passion for Childcare
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare
- Minimum 1 years Childcare experience with supervisory experience
- Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures and policies within a Nursery.
- Strong communication skills with children
- A passion for delivering the best Childcare Provision
- EYFS knowledge essential
