We are looking to recruit a Nursery Manager for a lovely setting in Basingstoke.
40 hours per week, this is a full time opportunity offering a competitive salary of up to £40k depending on experience plus benefits.

In order to qualify for this Nursery Manager role in Basingstoke you will need:
- Level 3 or above in Childcare
- At least 2 years experience as a Nursery Manager
- Experience of working with staffing levels of 20 / 30 staff per setting or more
- Very strong emphasis on the EYFS curriculum
- Excellent understanding and passion for safeguarding and the safety and welfare of young children
- Excellent leadership and management skills - a people person who can build relationships and encourage staff to perform to their fullest
- Keen to create a happy environment for children and staff alike
