We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Manager based in Maidenhead with an Ofsted rated "Good" 50 place setting.
Your role as a Nursery Manager in Maidenhead will include:

Your role as a Nursery Manager in Maidenhead will include:
- Delivering outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS
- Guiding team members on effective parent communication and parental partnerships
- Ensuring all aspects of the nursery operation is compliant with Ofsted and Human Resources
- Ensuring that each child’s well-being is met and that they thrive in a safe environment
- Safeguarding all children in our care
- Strong leadership skills
- A proven record of Management/leadership experience
- Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Strong people skills with the ability to listen, support and guide colleagues
