Bamboo Childcare are recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader based with an independent in the Chorlton area of Manchester.
The full time role involves supporting the management team to run a large sized nursery setting. Where you will be responsible for leading the Room in terms of planning, health and safety, safeguarding and the welfare of children, liaising with parents and keyworking responsibility.
We are looking for candidates with either senior nursery Nurse or room leader experience from a high performing setting.
What experience and qualifications must I have to apply?

- As a minimum be qualified to Level 3 in Childcare.
- Ability to demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
- An in-depth knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Knowledge and understanding of key legislation related to childcare and education
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A positive attitude, good initiative, confident and approachable
