We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager in the Stoke on Trent. This is a permanent position for 25-30hrs per week
The salary is £9.50 - £11.50 per hour
The nursery is an independent setting with an Outstanding rating. The role is to work alongside the current manager with co-sharing of duties. The hours of work can be flexible dependant on the right candidate. This role will suit a very experienced deputy or a current manager whom is looking for part-time hours
the role is particularly in need of someone whom can input new procedures, processes and policies.

In order to be considered for the role of Nursery Manager in Stoke on Trent you will need:
- A passionate and positive attitude towards working with children
- Recent deputy or management level experience within an early years environment (deputies should have had supernumerary experience)
- Ideally hold an early years degree but must have a minimum level 3 qualification
- strong staff management skills
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Motivating, leading and supporting the staff team
- Overseeing the smooth running and high quality practice within the setting
- spending 50% of the time within the rooms both in ratios and supernumerary observing staff and being office based
