An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nursery Manager at our clients recently opened setting located just on the outskirts of Perth, Kinross, Scotland.
The nursery is commutable from the following places: Dundee, Kinross, Bankfoot.
We are looking for an individual with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality care and learning experiences with an emphasis on staff development. Our client offer Forest School sessions so a keen interest in the outdoors is a must. The nursery also follows the Montessori approach to education but it is not essential that candidates have experience within this area
Salary and hours:
Full time hours would be 40 hours between 7.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Salary for the role will be negotiable depending on the successful candidate’s level of experience and qualifications held, but will be circa £25,000 - £28,000 per year

- To plan and deliver effective daily management of the nursery in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all relevant legislation, plus local authority and SCSWIS requirements.
- To ensure the provision is of the highest quality; providing a safe, stimulating and caring child-centred environment catering for the children’s educational and development needs.
- To ensure that all quality and safety standards are maintained in the nursery at all times.
- To liaise closely with parents/carers to ensure high levels of involvement and customer satisfaction at all times.
