We are looking to recruit a Nursery Manager for a fantastic setting in Farnborough.
This is a permanent full-time role offering a salary of between £30k - £40k depending upon experience.
The nursery in Farnborough is a converted building with bright, spacious and airy rooms, equipped with a wide range of play and learning resources for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers.
Ofsted rated Good.
A refurbished secure garden includes sensory areas and suits those who want to explore and exercise their imagination.
The role will involve staff management, business management with overall budget responsibility, updating policies and procedures, dealing with the Care Inspectorate and Outside agencies and ensuring the smooth every day running of the nursery.
The company are seeking experienced Nursery Managers whom have the ability to work in a challenging, fast moving environment.
Desired skills of the Nursery Manager in Farnborough:
- Strong Commercial and Marketing skills
- Hold a relevant childcare qualification
- Have proven nursery management experience in a setting with good Ofsted rating
- Experience of managing large staff teams
- Excellent staff management skills
- Be passionate about providing the highest quality of childcare possible
- The ability to work on own initiative
