Key Duties
  • Service, maintain and fault-find commercial fire alarm systems
  • Complete repairs, remedial works, panel replacements and small modifications
  • Test and commission systems in line with BS 5839
  • Assisting with electrical work
  • Produce accurate reports and identify any further works required
  • Carry out access control servicing
  • Liaise with clients and take part in the out-of-hours call-out rota
Qualifications & Experience
  • Commercial fire alarm servicing and fault-finding experience
  • Knowledge of conventional and addressable systems
  • Good working knowledge of BS 5839
  • Recognised fire alarm training
  • 18th Edition qualification
  • Strong basic electrical skills
  • Full UK driving licence
