We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established accident repair group with centres across Berkshire, for a skilled Panel Beater to join their busy bodyshop in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or experienced Panel Beater seeking a stable and rewarding career in the automotive industry.

  • Competitive hourly rate between £16.50 - £23, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, with no weekends

Duties:
  • Replacing or repairing vehicle panels to a high standard 
  • Planning workload effectively and ordering parts to ensure timely completion
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant products and techniques
  • Ensuring a clean and organised work environment
  • Adhering to quality standards throughout repair processes
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive bodyshop environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
  • NVQ or ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential
  • Time-served Panel Beaters will also be considered
