We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor at a well-established main dealership in Stoke. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Service Advisors seeking to advance their career within a professional and dynamic environment. Duties:
  • Welcome and assist customers professionally, providing a high standard of customer service
  • Manage service bookings efficiently and accurately as the Service Advisor
  • Offer factual advice and upsell additional services where appropriate
  • Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely progression of vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in line with dealership procedures
  • Promote dealership services and loyalty programmes
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and health & safety procedures
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the dealership’s reputation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or automotive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Customer-focused approach with a professional demeanour
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence
