We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused car sales executive to join a reputable, family-run dealership in Bromley. The car sales executive will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service, driving sales, and contributing to the dealership’s ongoing success.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their vehicle requirements
  • Guide customers through the sales process, highlighting vehicle features and benefits
  • Generate leads proactively through various channels to maximise sales opportunities
  • Negotiate and close sales confidently to meet and exceed targets
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the vehicle range, current offers, and features
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Previous experience in car sales or related sales roles is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
  • Customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to meet customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
