Pay and Shift Pattern- £14.11 per hour plus 17% shift allowance
- £16.50 per hour including shift allowance
- Saturday: 6am–6pm + Sunday: 10am–10pm + Two weekday shifts: 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm
- Flexibility required for weekday shifts
The RoleWorking as part of a small manufacturing team, you will help operate a multi-stage production line, ensuring products are processed, cut, packed and stored safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operating production machinery and entering specifications via an HMI system.
- Adding materials to processing equipment and monitoring production.
- Cutting, sawing and packing finished insulation products.
- Handling raw materials and storing finished goods.
- Following standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements- Previous production, manufacturing or machine operating experience.
- Experience operating machinery and following procedures.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Physically fit for manual handling duties.
- Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team.
