CBW Staffing Solutions are looking for 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our established team in the Dartford office. We have opportunities on both our permanent and temporary desks, recruiting into facilities management, building maintenance and property services clients. Whether your background is perm, temp or both, we want to hear from consultants who can run a desk end to end: winning and developing clients, and delivering the right candidates.
We also want to hear from graduates. If you have the drive but not yet the experience, our graduate route will train you from the ground up to become a 360 consultant.
You’ll work alongside a high-performing team of recruiters in a supportive, winning environment, with training and development available at every stage of your career.
The desks
No recruitment experience? Our graduate route gives you structured training in every part of the job, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to winning and managing clients. You’ll learn alongside experienced consultants and build towards running your own desk as a 360 consultant.

The desks
- Permanent desk: placing engineers and trades into permanent roles, managing the process from brief through to offer and start
- Temporary desk: a fast-paced desk supplying trades and labour at short notice, and managing your workers while they’re out on site
- Maintenance Engineers

- Mechanical Engineers
- Plumbers
- Fabric Engineers and Labourers
- Handymen
- Painters and Decorators
- Basic salary £27,000 to £40,000, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30
- Office-based in Dartford, 5 days a week

Key duties and responsibilities
- Developing new business through calls, meetings, networking and referrals
- Managing and growing existing client accounts
- Taking detailed job briefs and negotiating terms and rates
- Sourcing candidates via our database, job boards, LinkedIn and networking
- Writing and posting adverts across job boards and social media
- Screening and interviewing candidates and matching them to client requirements
- Arranging interviews, and managing offers and starts on permanent placements
- Filling temporary bookings, managing your workers and resolving timesheet and pay queries
- Making sure all compliance is in place: right to work documents, references, trade certificates and qualifications
- Keeping the CRM up to date and working to agreed targets
For experienced consultants:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant on a permanent or temporary desk
- Ideally from a trades and labour, facilities, property services or construction background
- A track record of winning new business and hitting targets
- Degree qualified in any discipline
- The drive and ambition to build a career in recruitment and sales
- Confident on the phone and comfortable working at pace
- Able to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Honest, reliable and hard-working
- Money-motivated, target-driven and resilient
- A team player with a positive, quality-focused approach
- Able to travel daily to the Dartford office (located near the Dartford Crossing)
