We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor to join an established main dealership in Slough. Applicants must have previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised main dealership, with strong customer service skills and experience using digital service processes. A UK Driving Licence is not required.
Location: Slough
Salary: Up to £31,500 basic per annum
OTE: Up to £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45am–6:00pm

Service Advisor Role- Welcome customers and manage their service and repair requirements
- Coordinate vehicle bookings, servicing and repair appointments
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Use iPads and digital systems to manage customer records and job documentation
- Present additional repair recommendations using video health checks
- Work closely with Vehicle Technicians and the workshop team
- Achieve customer satisfaction, service sales and departmental performance targets
Service Advisor Requirements- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor within a franchised main dealership
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and achieving performance targets
- Confident using digital service systems, iPads and video upselling processes
- Excellent face-to-face communication and customer handling skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional presentation and approach
- Ability to work effectively within a busy service reception environment
- Previous experience with a recognised vehicle manufacturer is desirable but not essential
