Service Advisor – Woolwich
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Service Team Manager to join an established main dealership in Woolwich. Applicants must have previous automotive Service Advisor or Service Team Manager experience, excellent customer service and organisational skills, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK. No specific formal qualification is required.

Location: Woolwich, South East London
Salary: £35,525 basic
OTE: £50,000+ per annum
Company Car: Included
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am–12:30pm, paid as additional overtime

Service Advisor Role- Welcome customers and manage vehicle service and repair bookings
- Act as the main customer contact from vehicle check-in to handover
- Liaise with workshop technicians to coordinate repair progress
- Keep customers updated on additional work, costs and completion times
- Explain aftersales products, maintenance recommendations and services
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate service records, job documentation and customer information
Service Advisor Requirements- Previous automotive Service Advisor or Service Team Manager experience – essential
- Strong understanding of dealership servicing and repair processes
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Confidence handling customer queries and challenging situations
- Strong administration, diary management and organisational skills
- Full UK Driving Licence – essential
- Right to work in the UK
Experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor within a busy main dealership would also be advantageous.
