An opportunity has arisen for you, a strong QA Automation Engineer to join the team of an excellent company based in the Beaconsfield area. These girls and guys are a leader in the digital health industry and are rapidly closing in on the market leader in terms of growth and market share. They’re after a QA Engineer with strong Automation experience, ideally with C# and JavaScript, you’ll likely have knowledge of both Cypress and Selenium. This testing position will sit within the clinical team, helping them bring new feature to the platform. The hiring manager for this role is focusing heavily on culture, bringing in a “Shift Left” methodology, he wants the testing function to be in the process right from the start of the SDLC which gives the successful candidate lots of say on how the product is created in order to minimize disruption down the line.

You’ll work heavily on API’s, with a sprinkling of UI testing. You’ll have strong experience testing API’s with Postman or similar, and will be comfortable conversing with engineers and product owners in order to deliver quickly and without issue.

What they’re after –

  • Strong Automation testing experience
  • JavaScript / C# preferred – Java and others considered.
  • Strong API testing experience, ideally with Postman
  • Cypress / Selenium – or similar
  • Experience or an interest in “Shift Left” methodology

This company is essentially looking for a strong Automation Tester, with experience testing API’s and an interest to work Shift Left, they want someone to come in, almost like a consultant alongside their engineering teams.
