Client Director Account Growth (Sales Account Management) Salary: £65k + Commission
About the Role: We're on the hunt for a dynamic individual who lives and breathes sales, account growth, and account management. This isn't just any sales job; it's a chance to be at the forefront of consultative sales, working with top-tier clients and using your expertise to drive significant growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Nurture and Expand: Build and maintain robust, long-lasting client relationships. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Drive Sales and Account Growth: Develop business within existing clients and identify improvement areas to meet and exceed sales quotas. Progress towards activity targets and KPIs set by the Head of Sales.
- Value Addition: Add value at every stage of the Buying Cycle, identifying the potential gains a client can achieve from further engagement.
- Educational Influence: Educate and influence existing clients to invest in our portfolio of products.
- Strategic Communication: Clearly communicate monthly/quarterly progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and Track: Monitor client growth opportunities through meticulous account plans. Apply strategic agility to address specific client business issues.
- Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and margins.
- Pipeline Development: Build a robust account pipeline to ensure a continuous stream of sales, utilizing Salesforce for accurate forecasting.
Who You Are:- Educational Background: Degree level minimum. Languages are favorable.
- Experience: Proven expertise in solutions/consultative sales. Desirable experience in selling training and consultancy.
- Multi-tasking Pro: Ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
