Job Title: Class 1 C+E Driver

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate HGV Class 1 (C+E) vehicles for depot-to-depot deliveries.
- Comply with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Ensure adherence to The Highway Code and other road safety regulations.
- Safely load, unload, and handle goods, including manual handling of items like kegs and barrels.
- Always follow company health and safety standards.
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Carry out drops to customer sites
- Hook up and unhook trailers
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving experience.
- Possess a valid UK driving licence, Tacho card, and CPC card.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Ability to provide a 5-year history of references and undergo a 5-year criminal background check.
- Competitive hourly pay between £18.20 and £20.04.
- Holiday Pay.
