THE COMPANY
This an outstanding business, which specialises in high quality construction. With a large project underway, they are looking to bring in an experienced QS to the Manawatu team. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to work on a high profile project on an 18 month fixed term contract.
THE ROLE
As a Senior or Intermediate QS, you will be site based on a $40M+ project in Palmerston North, there's a supportive and diverse team in place here and you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the project: From financial control, sub-contractor management and performance of the project, as well as working closely with your team and client to ensure this high end project is finished on time and to budget.
SKILLS NEEDED
Experienced and qualified Quantity Surveyor
Previous experience in quantity surveying on commercial and/or civil construction projects
Confident communicator with both clients and subcontractors
Eye for detail and ability to drive profitability of a project
