Job Title: Multiskilled Operators – Civil Construction

Location: Mission Beach, QLD
Work Type: Full-time casual | Monday – Friday
Travel & Accommodation: DIDO from Townsville or Cairns | Accommodation Provided | Travel from Townsville Can Be Arranged

About the Role:
We’re currently seeking experienced Multiskilled Operators to join a civil construction project in the beautiful Mission Beach region. This is a Monday to Friday role with a competitive hourly rate, plus overtime and overnight allowances – to be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a range of plant and machinery on-site
  
  
• Contribute to general civil and labouring tasks when machines are not in use
  
  
• Work as part of a diverse and cooperative team on-site
  
  
• Ensure safety standards are met at all times
  
  

What We’re Looking For:
Operators with experience and tickets in any of the following:

• Excavator
  
  
• Backhoe
  
  
• Roller
  
  
• HR Truck
  
  
• Dozer
  
  
• Grader
  
  
• Or other civil plant machinery
  
  

Essential Requirements:

• White Card
  
  
• Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
  
  
• Willingness to undertake labouring duties when required
  
  
• Preferred experience in pipelaying, concreting, or general civil works
