Job Description:
We are seeking multiple dedicated Warehouse Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to:
- Operating forklifts, including high reach forklifts, to move, stack, and retrieve materials
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers safely and efficiently
- Performing manual labor tasks such as lifting, sorting, and organizing materials
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse operations
- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- HR Truck license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Forklift license with high reach experience is required
- Ability to perform physical tasks in hot conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday with occasional overtime as needed
