We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our client crew in Ellis Beach, Cairns for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in subdivision work, installing a variety of fence types and a strong work ethic. You’ll work on projects involving new fence installations, repairs, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in subdivision work, installing a variety of fence types and a strong work ethic. You’ll work on projects involving new fence installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark fence layout lines accurately on site
- Install various types of fencing (wood, vinyl, chain link, metal, etc.)
- Repair or replace damaged fencing
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Read and interpret site plans or customer instructions
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Carpentry Qualification
- White Card (Physical)
- Valid driver’s license & transport
- Ability to lift 25kgs and perform physically demanding work
- Proficiency with fencing tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude
