Forklift Operator – Townsville Achieve Group Australia is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for an ongoing opportunity based in Townsville. This role will suit a reliable operator who is confident working in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to safety and stock accuracy.

Consistent hours

Hours of work

Monday – Wednesday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Thursday: 4:00am – 2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm

Duties will include

Loading and unloading trucks
Putting stock away / general yard & warehouse movements
Counting stock and maintaining accurate stock levels
Ensuring product availability for sales and dispatch
General forklift and warehousing tasks as required

To be successful you will have

Current LF Forklift Licence and solid forklift operating experience
Strong commitment to safety and safe load handling
Good numeracy and attention to detail for stock counts
Ability to work early starts and follow site procedures
Steel industry knowledge (advantageous)
