Our client manages data collection and identifying new ways of using data to create simple solutions in the Collections, Banking/Finance, Real Estate & Digital Marketing segments.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role is crucial to new customer retention. This role is to provide exceptional interactions with new
customers as well as assisting and enabling our front-line outbound Sales staff grow their portfolios and retain
customers. Specific duties include:
• Facilitate training and demonstrations of our clients platform to customer newly acquired
• Provide ongoing customer support and Account Management at specified intervals over the course of
a customer's first 12-month life cycle
• Administration duties pertaining to customer support such as assistance with platform access,
additional user access and general office admin if required
• Other tasks as directed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
• Completed Year 12 and or holding high school certificate or equivalent
• If currently studying or recently completed a tertiary degree in business or relevant field is highly
desirable
• Any exposure to selling skill training and or formal training is highly desirable
Experience:
• Customer facing or virtual customer direct roles in customer service or sales
• Any previous exposure to Software As A Service supplier or Subscription-based service providers
• Any exposure to the Real Estate industry either worked within or within an associated network is highly
desirable
Skills:
• You must be impeccably presented
• Excellent Verbal communication is a must
• Ability to navigate tools such as CRM's and associated programs
• Medium Advanced skill in operating Microsoft Excell
• Any SQL capability will be a plus but not required
PERFORMANCE GOALS:
This Role is highly focused on customer retention and as such deliverables are mainly the demonstration of our clients product and ongoing customer contact. An incentive will be paid per demonstration provided
• Expectation to deliver 30 - 40 Outbound calls per day to newly signed customers requesting
demonstration
• 80% of newly signed up customers are to receive a demonstration within 30 days
• All customer to receive a second demonstration within 6 months of signing up
